PRO FLIGHTCASE WORKSHOP
Pro Flightcase operates with a lean manufacturing philosophy that allows us to maximise our production flow. Each aspect of our workshop’s manufacturing process, from cutting through to dispatch, is handled by a specialised team with a wealth of experience.
The cutting team operates state of the art machinery, including 3 dynamic CNC machines, to deliver precision-cuts for each case. Consignment stock of all major materials is held in-house to ensure we’re always able to meet our customers’ demands, and never face a shortfall.
The workshop manufacturing team comprises of three departments, each specialised to handle assembly for different orders: Standard Manufacturing, Late Configuration and Special Projects. Check out what each team delivers for you below.
Standard Manufacturing builds over 150 off-the-shelf cases a week, including our popular Spider music and AV solutions.
Our Late Configuration team specialises in handling high volume orders and production runs.
The Special Projects team handles all of our bespoke orders, delivering custom cases tailored to our customers’ exact specifications.
We use a variety of precision cutting methods to create foam inserts tailored to each order, ensuring the best protection. Each insert is made with LD18 and LD48 closed cell foams – favoured for their strength and rigidity – and assembled with a hot melt glue system for a close fit.
Our warehouse team oversees dispatch and shipping for both single parcel and pallet shipments. We work with a variety of couriers, enabling us to deliver to anywhere in the world in as little as two weeks from receiving an order.
